P y r a m i d  # 2 Merit Award winner ~ Utah Painting and Sculpture Show at the Utah State Capitol 1972.  Size:  60" x 60" x 1.5" How minimal can I go with color to achieve satifactory results in a pleasing design. As one focuses on the tip of the pyramid it begins to disappear within a few seconds, the phenomena is repeated over and over as the eye struggles to see contrast in the minimal hard-edge border of white background and the very light yellow tip.  Liquitex on cotton canvas.
